Welcome to Mixon It Up Photo's website! My name is Cassie Mixon and I'd love to serve you and your special time, whether it be a wedding, milestone, or any time you would like to have captured! I go above and beyond for clients and consider any idea you have! I have loved taking photos since I was a little girl and had my own (film) camera! I would mostly shoot my teddy bears and friends at school. It grew into a passion at the age of 24 and I haven't stopped since! either my phone or camera I always want to have it to capture whatever memories I can! I love shooting weddings, seniors, prom, maternity and families the most! So come and let me capture your memory!
Our Goals...
My goals are to become known as someone who helps people out when they want quality photos for an affordable price. I never want to charge an "arm and a leg" but I do want to be able to make a living! I've been shooting professionally since August 21 of 2020! I shoot weddings, family portraits, portraits, music, babies, sports, seniors, prom, maternity, and engagements. All the work you see reflected on this page, has been in the last 2 years. I am a hopeless romantic and believe in all the fairytales of love coming true, so give me all the corniness and cheesy lines! I laugh and enjoy it all. I love to captire you in your element as if I'm not even there shooting. I love sunsets and sunrises. The colors are always different and change with every minute. I love the peace of the early morning. I love the look on a child's face when they first discover something new. I love to capture all of that as well. Whatever your vision is, I want to make it come to life! I want to create lifelong relationships and watch your life grow from behind my lens! Enough about me, I want to learn about you!

The Story of a Photographer
HI! I'm Cassie Mixon, I'm 36 years old and I love to travel with my family. I'm married to my soulmate and best friend, Brantly Mixon. I have a son who teaches me something new every day and a husband who lifts me up at every turn. He works so hard to provide and support my business as much as possible! I'm a very proud wife!
I love random dancing at home, giggling with my husband, and talking closely with my son to see his view of the world. I love spending time with my family, I love looking at things and thinking of how I can improve it or photograph it. I love the outdoors and building things. I am a hippie at heart. I grew up in Aragon, Ga. A town that has a population of about 2,000. I currently live in Rockmart, Ga not too far from Aragon. It's a little bigger and growing!
